Your Loan Checklist
You will need to be prepared to provide the UHT, Inc. in-house Financing Team with the following information. Please have this information assembled before you complete and submit your loan application.
Regardless of whether you plan to build from the ground-up or purchase one of UHT, Inc.'s completed custom homes, we can place you in the financing package that best suits your timeline, needs, and budget.
Available Programs:
- The address of your primary place of residence (past two years)
- Your Social Security number (and that of a spouse/partner, if applicable)
- Verification of Employment for the two-year period preceding the submission of this application. Please include the name, address, and telephone number of your employer with this information.
- Paycheck stubs documenting your last twenty (20) months of employment and your last two (2) IRS W-2 forms
- A copy of your two most recent Federal Tax Returns
- Your current gross monthly salary
- Your bank name and all information pertaining to your checking and savings accounts, including account numbers. (Please include copies of your two (2) most recent bank statements, brokerage statements, IRAs, etc.)
- Any information pertinent to any outstanding loans you may currently hold
- Complete information on any real property you currently own
- The approximate value of all personal property (and that of a spouse/partner, if applicable)
- Certificate of Eligibility and DD-214 (for veterans only)
- A completed copy of the Uniform Residential Loan Application (FNMA Form 1003)
In addition, you will need to purchase credit reports from the major Credit Bureaus (for submission to the Financing Team) and pay for the appraisal of the property in which you are interested.
